Good service. Prompt delivery. I find this coconut oil good for cooking and as a spread for bread, especially as it is unflavoured.

Staff always helpful but some stock still out of stock and have been waiting for several weeks. This company was so good but last few experiences waiting for stocks is not good. I have been a customer for years so very disappointed.

Very late in posting. A bit expensive. Website doesn’t work for purchase so ended up ringing.
What I ordered arrived promptly but…
What I ordered arrived promptly but there were 3 or 4 items that were out of stock. I don’t know how long it will be before I am contacted, or if I will have to pay postage on orders for products I would have included in my most recent order.

Disappointed by the customer service.
The website was not easy to use or navigate when trying to set up a subscription. I ended up with 2 subscriptions showing on my account for the same item; I couldn't edit or delete either subscription so I asked for help via the contact us section. Although I received a quick email response, the "Customer Service Specialist" decided to place my order for me, without checking it was ok to do so and that everything was correct. I got an email telling me my order had been placed first, then a response informing me what had been done. I find this disappointing to say the least and I was rather shocked that this had been done without my consent. My reason for contacting the company was for help before finalising my order which I did not receive. I had heard good things about the product itself but based on my customer service experience, I would prefer to find something else as this is unacceptable to me given that I will now be charged for 3 deliveries as a minimum before I can cancel the subscription when I havent actually place the order myself.

I have used this company for quite a few years as stated
I have used this company for quite a few years but since the start of the pandemic it has been frustrating when ringing to place an order it takes a long time to answer my call. This is not an isolated occasion. Also the delivery of my order takes up to a week or more to receive. When I mentioned this a few times it is either this or the postal strike. This has not affected other companies in the same way. When placing my order they have always been polite and friendly.I am still very happy with the products I buy.
